Discover the town of Looe, Cornwall.
During a recent stay at Coombe Farm, just a ten-minute drive from Looe, Cornwall, my cousin Talli and I
decided to venture into the nearby port town for dinner. Little did we know, this impromptu visit would
turn into a memorable evening that left us both enchanted by Looe’s charm.
As we arrived in Looe, the first thing that struck us was the picturesque beauty of the town. The narrow,
winding streets, lined with quaint shops and cozy cafes, seemed to invite us to explore further. The salty
seaside breeze filled the air, mingling with the distant sound of seagulls, creating an ambiance that felt
both relaxing and invigorating.
With our appetites guiding us, we meandered through the town, taking in the stunning views along the way.
The harbor, dotted with fishing boats gently bobbing on the water, painted a perfect picture of a quintessential
Cornish port. It was easy to see why Looe is beloved by locals and visitors alike.
Our quest for dinner led us to La Bocca Looe, an inviting Italian restaurant that promised a delightful
culinary experience. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of stone-baked pizza were
enough to draw us in. As we settled into our seats and perused the menu, the anticipation of a delicious
meal added to the evening’s excitement.
